Signature from letter dated 1925.

A tracing of the squiggle signature, TAE, was sent to the Edison National Historic Site office in West Orange, New Jersey.
Douglas Tarr, the archives technician, responded with samples of Edison's handwriting, including an initialled comment by him on a letter dated 1925. It proved virtually identical with the film squiggle.
